Notice and Apology Regarding Saber/Katsushika Hokusai

Thank you for your continued support of Good Smile Company products.

This notice is to inform you that a product defect has been discovered in Good Smile Company's Saber/Katsushika Hokusai, originally shipped out from February 2023. The defect affects Part E (the belt portion) of certain units.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and hope for your understanding in this matter. Please see below for information about the defect and how we intend to offer support for customers.

Defect Details
Air bubbles appear on the part.

Defect Cause
When a decal is used to apply a design, a very small amount of moisture remains in the decal. The defect occurs due to the thermal expansion and cooling contracture of this moisture.
*The defect is caused by moisture only and is not the result of any materials that are harmful to the human body.

Request Period for Replacement Parts
September 2023 to 29th February 2024

Notice Regarding Shipping of Replacement Parts
Replacement parts will be sent out to customers from January 2024.

Please keep defective parts with you until the arrival of the replacement parts. Only Part E replacements will be sent. Packaging as well as other parts that are not defective will not be included.

For customers overseas: Replacement parts will be shipped free of charge, but you may be required to pay customs duty or tariffs upon receipt. Thank you for your understanding.
